SoftExpert Process is a process modeling and analysis tool that has, as its main objectives, aiding in the understanding, documentation, and implementation of business processes.
For process modeling, the system has a broad set of tools to assemble flowcharts with the best and most complete visual resources.
With the integration of SoftExpert Process with other SoftExpert components, it is possible to automate corporate processes.
It is also possible to analyze processes through current tools such as 5 whys, Ishikawa and FTA, as well as our Widgets, which have several types of charts and resources that make a difference when analyzing processes thoroughly.

What are its characteristics?
When accessing the component, you will see it is divided into the following menus:
| Configuration | Menu used to configure the several features that will define the processes, such as checklists for step approval, teams responsible for certain functions, revision routes and reasons, permission profiles, and project, activity, and resource types, among others. |
| File | Menu used to create, model, and automate processes, and create specific elements that may compose the processes, such as costs. |
| Management | Menu used to manage process revisions and validities. |
| View | Menu used to perform advanced searches in SoftExpert Process records, with specific filters. |
